do you create personalized orders?
The semi-custom collection is available in a number of styles and designs. The design remains as-is and your details are added and can be customized with your color palette as well as a variety of enhancements!
where do I begin?

how far in advance should I order wedding invitations?
Wedding invitation suites should be mailed to guests 6-8 weeks prior to your wedding date and we recommend that you plan to place your order four months in advance.
how many invitations should I order?
One invitation per household is standard with a few exceptions to the rule. We also recommend ordering extra pieces of each item in the invitation suite to allow for modifications to your guest list as well as a few to save as keepsakes.
what print methods are available?
We offer letterpress, foil stamping and digital flat printing. To learn more about printing methods, please review our guide.
is ink color matching available?
For custom orders, most ink colors can be matched to coordinate with your wedding day or event. Some ink colors cannot be printed on certain paper stocks. For items from our collection, please refer to our guide to view our curated ink palette. Please note white ink will print on darker card stocks only so contact us if you are interest in a White Ink Upgrade.
do you offer a variety of colors for card stocks?
Yes! Please review our guide and for more information on paper options, please contact us or request a custom quote.
what are enhancements?
Enhancements can elevate any piece. Popular items include wax seals in a variety of colors, vintage postage and envelope liners.
for envelope addressing, how do I submit guest addresses?
After purchasing a set of outer envelopes with guest addressing, we will send you an email with a variable data form to be filled out for guest addresses.
will I receive a proof with my order?
Proofs are available for all orders! We will provide you with a full-color digital proof within five business days to the email address you provide when your order is placed.
what if there are typos?
We are not responsible for errors on printed stationery that are approved by the customer on final proofs.
is there an order minimum?
The current order minimum for most of our products is 50, with the exception of select day of paper items. We can accommodate as few as 25 if needed and you can contact us with this request.
what about shipping?
Depending on your location, once your order is completed it should arrive within five to seven business days if you are located in the Continental US.
how can I be sure my invitations will arrive to my guests in good condition?
You an ask that your invitations are hand-canceled at your local post office.
